At Buckley, meals are served family style to foster community building. Each table includes students from different grade levels, and is hosted by a faculty member, who facilitiates conversations.
Every meal is nutritionally balanced, fresh or organic, and prepared on site. Each day there is a wide variety of options, including a hot entree, salad bar, soup, and sandwich bar. Buckley does not serve or cook with fried foods, MSG, trans-fat, nitrates, or high fructose corn syrup.
Our chef always is sure to feature holiday-specfic traditional specialties at lunch throughout the year!
